Very narrow loss in the tournament final

The under 12's went to their first tournament of the season at Bedford.
Playing Leighton buzzard, Bedford 1's and 2's and St Neots.
We won against all four teams, with Cambridge 1's left to play to take us into the finals. Our strong team of Bertie, Daniel, hattie, Edith, Mistie, Abbie,kaka and Oli j with Sarah in goal. We played hard. Cambridge getting the first goal.... We reshuffled I shouted lots seeing Daniel, Bertie and Oli on a break shoot the equaliser following quickly with another one to take us to the final.......against St Neots where we battled hard lots of attempts on goal and in the dying minutes with a tired team saw St Neots slip one past Sarah to take us second.
A proud day for parents and coaches. One again our little squad battled the big clubs and came up winning. Big Thankyou to Doug Dawson, hannah Bartram all the parents for a faboulous day out coaches players Daniel and kaka but the whole team suberb
