Second defeat

The ladies fresh from a great training session came out to the game with a sense of drive and determination. It was sadly not meant to be though with changes to the line up of the team/

The St Neots team were well drilled, disciplined and determined and had the edge of S&S for most of the game reminding us that having gained promotion this is going to be a tough season on the pitch. With our defense under a barrage of attacks it was only a matter of time that a goal was put in to the back of the goal with protestations that the ball had crossed the back line, the umpires were unconvinced and the goal stood. A further two goals came on attacking breaks.
S&S however were not without chances with 3 attempts at goals sadly none were converted.

It was a great game for debutante Casey in GK looking solid and at ease.

There is lots to work on and hopefully can produce the team performance to produce a win.
