Gold Medal winners

I(Jade) had the amazing privilege and pleasure of watching/coaching the under 14's play their best hockey ever. They calmly and methodically pushed through Leighton Buzzards defence and midfield to win back to back games earning them a gold medal. They were an amazing team great passing, fantastic skills including an aerial from Marcus. But the best thing about them was their total support on pitch for each other. Clapping each other's attempt on goal and passing congratulations on good defence. I was super proud of them after 10mins they managed to quiet the supporters and everyone watched in awe.
The biggest compliment of the day was the other coaches and umpires come up and say what an amazing team and they seem to all be best friends absolutely awesome so big thank you to Marcus, Grace, Corin, Caitlin, Freya, Tom and Ben.
