I am proposing 01th September for an adult obstacle course for fitness and team building .
Fit4OCR have this slot available.
Approx £10 per person
Really good fun ... did it with my school kids today and the instructors pitch it at the right level ... which of course for us athletes is tough !!! ?

Please could all captains please encourage your whole team to go. There are showers on site for after as you will get very muddy... and a bar to relax in after! I will contact captains for numbers, let's see who really is the fittest team !
